Assuage Therapies™ Wholesale Terms

1. Eligibility
Wholesale accounts are available to approved retail partners with a valid resale certificate and completed
wholesale application.

2. Minimum Order Requirements
Opening order minimum: $150 or 6 units per SKU.
Reorder minimums may apply.

3. Payment Terms
Payment is due prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include ACH, credit card, or approved invoicing terms.

4. Shipping
Wholesale orders are processed within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the retailer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Returns & Damages
Retailers must report damaged goods within 5 business days of receipt with supporting documentation.
Returns of unsold merchandise are not accepted unless authorized in writing by Assuage Therapies™.

6. Pricing & Resale Integrity
Retailers agree to:
• Maintain suggested retail pricing
• Not discount below Minimum Advertised Price (if applicable)
• Not resell products on Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, or third-party platforms without written authorization

7. Branding & Claims
Retailers may not:
• Alter product packaging
• Remove labels
• Repackage products
• Make unauthorized medical or therapeutic claims

All trademarks, formulations, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Assuage Therapies™.

8. Account Termination
Assuage Therapies™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate wholesale accounts that violate these terms.
