Assuage Therapies™ offers organic, science-informed personal care products intended for cosmetic and wellness use.
Statements regarding botanicals, essential oils, and plant-based ingredients have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Consult a licensed healthcare provider if pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.
Perform a patch test before full application. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. We are not responsible for misuse of products.
5. Orders & Payment
• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
Due to the nature of personal care products, returns may be limited to unopened items within 30 days
timeframe unless defective.
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or third-party logistics providers.
8. Subscription & Recurring Orders
If subscription or auto-ship services are offered:
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to renewal date.
• You may cancel at any time through your account portal or by contacting customer service.
• We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable notice.
9. User-Generated Content
If you submit reviews, testimonials, comments, images, or other content:
• You grant Assuage Therapies™ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce,
and display such content.
• You represent that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.
• We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.
