caused by carriers, weather, or third-party logistics providers.
We currently ship within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly.

Unopened Products
Eligible for a full refund to the original payment method within 30 days.
Opened Products (First-Time Purchase Only)
Eligible for store credit or exchange within 30 days.
Returned products must:
• Contain at least 75% of original contents
• Not be tampered with
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to limit or deny returns in cases of suspected misuse, abuse, or excessive return
history.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery with
photos. We will gladly replace the item.
